Finding a right kitten

Where are avaialble kittens located?

Some kittens are available in the United States for immediate delivery. Some kittens will have to be scheduled to be delivered. We can provide detailed information on each available kitten, including location, references for the breeder, vaccination record, and approximate delivery time.

How would I know that the pictures are real?

We only work with reputable breeders and importers. If you like a kitten, we can ask breeders to send a special unique photo or video.

Kitten Delivery LLC will confirm that the kitten you have purchased is the exact kitten that we picked up from the breeder or importer before releasing the payment.

For additional protection, we cooperate with a leading Law Firm if you prefer to use an escrow account.

How would I know that a kitten is healthy?

The minimum age for a kitten to be delivered is at least 12 weeks. By that time, kittens are vaccinated, a microchip is implanted, and a veterinary doctor has checked them several times. If kittens are delivered from Europe, then a medical examination must be done before they can board a plane, and full medical records shall be provided to the US Customs.

We suggest that within 48 hours after you receive your kitten, you also take it to a licensed veterinary clinic for examination.”

Can I return an unused and unopened item?

Yes! Our standard return policy is up to 30 days for unopened, unused product. However, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase and you feel there was some defect, issue with quality, or other concern, please come in and we will do everything in our power to ensure you are 100% satisfied.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you
received it (in its original packaging).

Transportaton and delivery

Where can you deliver kittens?

We are located in Washington, DC, and have branches in Texas and Florida. Deliveries within the East Coast states and Texas are fast.

Kittens can be delivered to any location in the continental United States. Please contact us to obtain an estimate and timeline for the delivery to your address.

How kittens are transported?

Kittens can be transported by car, plane, or train. While in route, kittens are protected by spacious and comfortable cages.

How fast kittens can be delivered?

Delivery within the East Coast can be scheduled within 2-3 days for the kittens located in the United States.

For the kittens that arrive from Europe, delivery time is scheduled separately on a case-by-case basis.

As an option, you can use a real-time tracking system to see the actual location of your kitten in the United States once the kitten has been picked up by Kittens Deliveries.

Customs and Import documentation

If your kitten arrives in the United States from Europe, you will have to complete a Power of Attorney to finish customs inspection and clearance. Customs clearance in the United States is conducted by a licensed customs broker, Atlantic Customs House.

Kittens Deliveries LLC will pick up your kitten from the airport and arrange its delivery to you.

Payment

How payment is managed?

Kittens Deliveries offers delivery, inspection, and consulting services in the United States.

We release funds to the breeder only after we examine a kitten to confirm that it is the same kitten promised to you. We also examine all documents, vaccination records, and provide a basic overall examination.

Why shall I pay deposit?

A deposit is paid so we can confirm with the breeder that the kitten you like cannot be purchased by other buyers. It is a common practice accepted in the industry.

When remaining amount is paid?

The remaining balance is paid 2-3 days before your kitten is either shipped (if it arrives from Europe) or picked up in the United States. We only release funds to the breeder if the kitten is the same as you have selected and has all necessary documentation and medical records.
